Do I have to diet or exercise?

Yes and No! Most people will lose weight initially without diet or exercise. Slimming Tablets are not magic and if they choose to eat excessively then that could render their effectiveness. Of course a healthy diet and moderate exercise will increase the effectiveness of Slimming Tablets. Caffeine, tea, alcohol, soft drinks and junk food are harmful to the body and could slow down the results of Slimming Tablets.
