What will I notice first?
Probably the first noticeable loss will be inch loss. Inches should melt off the thighs, waist and backs of arms and under the chin. You will notice anything from 2-8lbs weight loss within the first week, but this initial weight loss is usually a loss of water not fat.
DON'T jump on and off the scales. It's not always about how much we weigh and if the inches are melting away; surely if we are looking fantastic then SO what if the lbs shift slowly.
