How and When should Slimming Tablets be taken?
Slimming Tablets are recommended to be taken at regular intervals, as a dietary supplement.
Adults - 1/2 to 2 tablets orally with water near to 10am and 3pm.
It is recommended that no more than 4 tablets are to be taken in one day. Coffee and tea intake must be reduced and 8-10 glasses of water MUST be drunk each day.
It is recommended that the cycle of taking Slimming Tablets be altered to ensure your body has a break, ie. Mon-Fri with Sat and Sun off, or 3 weeks on and then 1 week off.
If at any time you feel "jittery" we recommend reduction in the dosage for a few days until your body adjusts.
Once you have reached your target weight it is easy to maintain it by reducing the daily dosage and take it for perhaps 2-3 days instead of 5 every week.
